Procedure

Mussules is soaked in clean water to filter out the sand. On the olive oil fry the finely chopped onions, add chopped garlic and roasted quite briefly, pour the wine, add lemon juice and shells in shell value. Stir, remove the mussels, which are not opened. Cook only a few minutes.

Ingredients:
10 g of salt
0.5 dl olive oil
350 g wholemeal rye flour
half cubes of fresh yeast
150g wholemeal wheat flour
3 dl warm water
small handful of pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons syrup

Procedure:
Add crushed fresh yeast and maple syrup to to warm water. Mix well. Both using flour, salt and mix. Add olive oil, water, yeast and maple syrup and Cucurbits. Mixed medium-thick dough. Leave the dough to rise until double in size. Then again mix, shape and allow to rise again until double in size. Bake about 15 minutes to 220 degrees, then reduce temperature to 200 degrees and bake to the end (about 20 minutes).
