Italian Recipes How to Make Italian Pizza
Italian Pizza or Classic Pizza is a dish that essentially consists of Pizza bread (flat bread) over which different layers of toppings is put. Finally, the entire Pizza is allowed to bake for around 15-30 minutes depending upon the toppings. You can either buy ready-made Pizza bread or crust or make at home.

For making basic Pizza dough, you will need white flour, yeast and pinch of salt beside small quantity of warm water. Start with crumbling the yeast in a cup and then dilute it with mildly warm water. Mix about 20% of flour with the yeast and keep it covered in a warm place for half an hour. After some time, mix it with the remaining flour, salt and water to make dough. It should not be too soft and too hard. Knead the dough vigorously until it attains elastic texture. Make six ball-shaped doughs and put it on pastry board or any other flat board. Ensure that the balls are lightly covered with dry flour and kept in a warm place. Wait until the dough rises to twice its original size. Now it is ready to be punched and cut into the size as per your liking say 6” or 8” or 10” and topping it with tomatoes, cheese, bell peppers, onions and several types of sauce.
